Contact
For questions about Cecelib VIP, reading access, payments, privacy, or the use of the author’s work, prepare the relevant details below so your concern can be understood clearly.
Cecelib VIP is operated by C.C., also known as Cecelib.
Use this address for website support, payment and reading-access questions, privacy requests, and copyright or permission enquiries. There is no separate contact form on this page.
Payment or reading-access questions
Keep your account username, order number or payment reference, the date of the transaction, and the name of the novel or chapter involved. If you take a screenshot, hide any unrelated personal or financial information.
Never share your password, full card number, card security code, bank PIN, or one-time verification code. Those details are not needed to identify a website order or a reading-access issue.
Privacy requests
State whether your request concerns access to your information, a correction, account deletion, or another privacy concern. Include enough information to identify your account, but do not post sensitive information in public comments. See the Privacy Policy for the information used by the website.
Copyright concerns and permissions
For suspected unauthorized copying, keep the title of the work, the affected chapter or passage, and the URL where the material appears. If you are requesting permission to reuse a work, explain what you want to use, where it would appear, and whether the use is commercial.
Do not send a complete unauthorized copy of a book as evidence. Links and a limited example are usually enough to identify the material. Our position on plagiarism and redistribution is set out in the Terms & Conditions.
Recognising the author
The author is known as CeCeLib on Wattpad, Cecelib/C.C. on Facebook, and cece_lib on Instagram. Her merchandise also uses the name Hidden Ink. These names identify the author; they are not a claim that every profile using a similar name is an official website-support channel.
