These terms describe the permitted use of Cecelib VIP, the reading website operated by C.C., also known as Cecelib. Please read them together with the Privacy Policy and the information shown before a purchase.

Accounts and responsible use

Provide accurate account information and keep your login details private. Use an account and payment method you are authorized to use. Do not impersonate another person, attempt to enter someone else’s account, interfere with the website, or exploit a technical fault to obtain credits or reading access.

Stories may contain explicit sexual material, dark relationship themes, or other mature content. Do not access age-restricted content unless you meet the legal age requirements that apply to that content in your location. Review the available story descriptions and content information before reading.

We do not tolerate plagiarism, piracy, content theft, or the unauthorized copying and redistribution of stories. The author’s work is shared here by the author, not offered as material for others to claim, reproduce, or distribute.

Copyright in the stories remains with the author or the relevant rights holder. Artwork, trademarks, and other materials remain the property of their respective owners. Paying for a chapter gives you access to read it through the website; it does not transfer copyright or grant a publishing, resale, or redistribution licence.

These terms do not remove any copyright exceptions or other rights granted by applicable law. Crediting the author alone is not permission to redistribute a story. If you want to use material beyond what the law permits, obtain permission first.

Suspected infringement may lead to removal of offending material, restrictions addressing the misuse, takedown requests to the platform hosting unauthorized copies, or other remedies available under applicable law. QUILLS and chapter access

QUILLS are the website’s reading credits. The store shows the price and QUILLS included in each package, and paid chapters show the credits required to unlock them. Check those details before confirming a purchase or an unlock.

A payment and a chapter unlock are separate actions: buying a package adds credits after successful payment confirmation; unlocking a paid chapter uses the displayed number of credits and records access for your account. A pending or failed payment does not by itself establish that credits have been delivered.

Descriptions estimating a number of paid chapters are guidance based on the displayed package details. The number you can actually unlock depends on the credit cost of the chapters you choose. Check the chapter’s displayed cost before spending credits.

Payments and purchase questions

Checkout and payment confirmation are handled through the website’s WooCommerce and Xendit integrations. Available payment methods, amounts, and currency are shown in the purchase flow. Your bank, wallet, or payment provider may apply its own terms and charges.

If a payment appears incorrect, credits are missing, or access does not match an unlock you completed, retain your order or payment reference and the relevant chapter details. The Contact page explains the information useful for a payment or access enquiry. Do not share passwords, full card numbers, security codes, or one-time verification codes.

Refund or correction requests need to be assessed against the transaction, its payment status, and any credits already used. Nothing in these terms excludes a refund, remedy, or other consumer right required by applicable law.

Comments and community participation

Keep discussions respectful. Do not post harassment, threats, impersonation, spam, someone else’s private information, or material you are not entitled to share. Use the spoiler control when discussing significant plot developments.

You remain responsible for what you submit. Posting a comment or review allows the website to display it in the relevant discussion and to moderate it for the operation of the community. Content that violates these terms may be removed or withheld from publication.

Availability and updates

Website access can be interrupted by maintenance, technical faults, or payment-provider issues. Story descriptions and release information may be updated. A technical problem should be reported with enough detail to investigate; it does not authorize bypassing access controls.
